We’re hiring – Influencer Marketing Lead (Lisbon)

Job Description

Develop and drive influencer marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Content Marketing specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Act as the senior client lead, building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring quality, efficiency, and delivery against KPIs.
Identify new business opportunities, contribute to pitches, and support the growth of the agency's influencer marketing offering.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments, and creator economy insights to drive innovation and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in an agency environment (communications, digital, social media, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing agency).
Demonstrated success managing and delivering large-scale influencer campaigns.
Experience leading client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Previous people management or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
